Had a great experience today at this HEB Mark who was covering the deli went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I need white cheddar for a recipe and he cut a 40 lb block Dow into a size that could be slice even though it was not in the case!! Everyone should work at this level of service.
This is for the floral dept! I ordered an arrangement for delivery and I couldn't be happier! It was so beautiful and the flowers were so fresh! The first pic is the day I got them and the 2nd pic is 5 days later! Maricela did an excellent job and she is so sweet to work with. I highly recommend coming here for arrangements. And just for the record I spent less than $100 on this amazing arrangement!!
Ordered a birthday cake at the bakery 2 days before I needed it. It was a beautiful cake and was delicious! It was adorned with a beautiful ribbon with a Happy Birthday inscription. The woman who took my order was very accommodating and polite. Considering I ordered the cake so last minute, I was happily surprised with the outcome. Highly recommend this bakery!
There hasn't been a review here in a while. So, I thought it's about time to give this HEB another review. This is my hometown HEB, so I'm here ALL THE TIME, except for when I have to go to HEB Plus in Victoria or go to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or Costco in San Antonio for items I can't find in Beeville. Just to let you know, if you're on a Paleo diet, HEB has a few selections you can choose from. Those items you need to go to Whole Foods in San Antonio. However, everything here is decently priced and if you don't care what you eat, then this is not a bad store for you. There really isn't a big fruit selection if we are going to compare to other same size HEB's near by, like the one in Kenedy or Cuero. But, the quality is WAY better than Walmart. That is for sure. Most of my reviews I really base my stars on customer service. I feel that is really important to me. To be honest with you. I'm really trying not to be biased because this is my Beeville HEB. I tend to be that way just a tad when rating Beeville business. This store actually deserves a 3 star. There really is nothing special about this particular HEB. The special items you need are not there, it seems like there are not really enough cashiers when the big crowds come in, BUT... this is big BUT here. Every time I come to this store, everyone is really nice. The cashiers when not rushed, can be very helpful and making suggestions. I have NEVER had a problem with any employee at this store being rude or remotely close to throwing out negative energy. I get positive energy from all who work there. Because of that, I gave this HEB a 4 star for now. There is a bank at this HEB called First Convenience Bank. I don't know anything about that bank as I bank with a bank out of town.
This place cares about its customers!! I like the new remodels and layout. Stay away from Walmart and go to HEB!
